Role & responsibilities
Develop and manage the dealer and distributor network for PVC products.
Identify and onboard current dealers, distributors and channel partners.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
Generate recent business prospects within the assigned territory.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.
Ensure regular order generation and payment follow-up.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
Conduct regular market visits to understand customer and dealer requirements.
Support channel partners with product information, schemes and promotional activities.
Prepare regular sales reports and market updates for management
