Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will ensure successful delivery by collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and driving project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Salesforce projects from initiation to delivery
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams
Oversee Salesforce implementations, integrations, and enhancements
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates
Drive user adoption and support change management initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in project management with Salesforce projects
Robust understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
