Role & responsibilities
Take full functional and technical ownership of SAP Business One , including all active modules, configurations, integrations, and customizations.
Serve as the primary interface with the external SAP Business One support partner for all tickets, service requests, and escalations.
Work closely with department heads and plant teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP Business One configurations or developments.
Review and guide the internal SAP developer on custom developments including SQL queries, stored procedures, transaction notifications, and Crystal Reports.
Oversee SAP Business One add-on maintenance, upgrades, and any third-party integrations such as e-invoicing, e-way bill, and compliance portals.
