Data Management: Update, clean, and segment customer records in the CRM system to ensure high data accuracy.
Campaign Execution: Run targeted email, SMS, or WhatsApp promotional and retention campaigns.
Lead Tracking: Monitor lead handoffs between marketing and sales, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Customer Support: Assist with resolving customer queries, complaints, and feedback loops.
Reporting: Build dashboards and generate daily, weekly, or monthly performance reports on engagement and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience working with CRM.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic data analytics.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.
Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to troubleshoot basic operational roadblocks.
