Role & responsibilities
Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
Support financial statement preparation, management reporting, and variance analysis.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to collect information, resolve accounting queries, and meet reporting timelines.
Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue recognition, inventory accounting, and expense classification as applicable.
Maintain accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation or reporting enhancements.

Preferred candidate profile
CA Inter preferred; bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or commerce required.
2–5 years of relevant accounting, audit, or financial reporting experience.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial statements.
Valuable communication skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work in a deadline-driven workplace.
