Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee our daily financial operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will manage the month-end close process, reconcile accounts, and provide actionable financial insights to management.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Month-End Close: Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
General Ledger: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements.
Analysis: Perform variance analysis, monitor cash flow, and provide financial data to support budgeting and forecasting.
Process Improvement: Review and improve accounting procedures for better efficiency and internal controls.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior accounting staff.

Job Types: Full time, Fresher Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
