Working Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Finance Executive / Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts to independently manage end-to-end finance operations, including taxation, GST compliance, accounting, vendor management, payroll processing, invoicing, and reconciliations.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in finance operations, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, and accounting systems (ERP), with the ability to manage multiple financial functions efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Finance, Accounting & Taxation
Handle end-to-end day-to-day accounting operations.
Manage and ensure accurate GST compliance, including GST filing coordination, reconciliation, and input/output tracking.
Handle TDS, GST, and other statutory tax-related compliances.
Maintain books of accounts and ensure timely and accurate accounting entries in ERP systems.




Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Invoicing & Billing
Prepare, verify, and process client invoices and vendor bills.
Ensure timely billing and follow-up for receivables.
Maintain proper documentation for all billing and invoicing activities.
Coordinate with internal teams for billing accuracy and approvals.

Payroll & Employee Financial Processing
Assist in monthly payroll processing and salary disbursement coordination.
Ensure accuracy in salary inputs, reimbursements, and deductions.
Maintain payroll-related records and statutory compliance inputs (PF, ESI, etc., if applicable).

Candidate Profile
36 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and taxation roles.
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
Valuable understanding of invoicing, vendor management, payroll, and reconciliations.
