Extensive experience (10+ years) in mainframe application development with expertise in Mainframe COBOL

In-depth knowledge of mainframe technologies such as JCL, VSAM, IMS, CICS and DB2

Proven experience in leading technical teams and providing technical guidance and mentorship

Familiarity with modernization approaches and techniques, such as re-hosting, re-platforming, re-factoring and re-writing

Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices

Working knowledge and understanding of Cloud workplace (AWS/Azure/Google)





Experience with version control systems and software configuration management tools

Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools for mainframe applications

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues

Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality code and solutions

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a energetic environment

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,300,000.00 per year
