Assist his/her Reporting Manager in supervising daily operations of organization
Supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services in all the departments mentioned in the competencies
Address operational issues and concerns on time
Help operations team on best practices, hospital policies and service excellence standards.
Maintain the facility clean, protected and organized
Investigate patient/visitor concerns and implements appropriate courses of action under the supervision of HOD.
Take corrective action in situations requiring immediate intervention, including interpretation and administration of hospital policy and work rules
Generate operational reports for management as needed periodically.
Communicate issues identified by front line staff to appropriate administrative team related to recent administrative or departmental initiatives keeping all HOD in loop.
Take regular part in all training and drills conducted by Hospitals

Any other work assigned by the management from time to time.
