D. Pharma / B. Pharma Mandatory
Additional qualification in Supply Chain / Procurement will be an advantage

For CAPEX & Medical Consumables Procurement:
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
Additional qualification in Supply Chain / Procurement will be an advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Pharma & Medical Consumables Procurement
Procurement of pharmaceuticals, medical consumables and healthcare products
Vendor sourcing, evaluation, development and negotiations
Rate contract management and cost control
Inventory planning and stock optimization
Coordination with pharmacy, stores and clinical departments
Ensuring regulatory, quality and procurement compliance





CAPEX & Medical Consumables Procurement
Procurement of medical equipment, CAPEX items and medical consumables
Vendor development and contract negotiations
Tendering, comparative analysis and purchase finalization
Coordination with clinical, biomedical and engineering teams
Budget management and cost optimization
Contract administration and vendor management

EXPERIENCE
Senior Executive: 4 to 5 years of relevant experience
Assistant Manager: 5+ years of relevant experience
Experience in hospitals, medical colleges, healthcare institutions or pharmaceutical/medical procurement preferred
Experience in CAPEX procurement, medical equipment sourcing or high-value procurement projects will be an advantage

DESIRED SKILLS
Solid negotiation and vendor management skills
Knowledge of healthcare/pharmaceutical procurement practices
Solid commercial and analytical skills
ERP/SAP proficiency preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of MS Office
