Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
8–12 years of progressive professional experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.
Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant business management tools.
