Role & responsibilities:
Lead SAP Basis administration activities across SAP landscapes including ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SAP Solution Manager, SAP PO/CPI, and Fiori settings.
Manage SAP system installations, upgrades, patching, kernel updates, and lifecycle management.
Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity planning.
Troubleshoot complex SAP Basis and infrastructure issues.
Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and operational standards.

RISE with SAP Management
Act as the primary technical lead for RISE with SAP environments.
Coordinate with SAP ECS (Enterprise Cloud Services) teams for service delivery and issue resolution.
Manage SAP cloud operations, service requests, and incident management.




Understand RISE service level agreements (SLAs) and governance processes.
Lead transition and transformation programs from on-premise SAP systems to RISE with SAP.

Preferred candidate profile:
10+ years of SAP Basis experience.
3+ years working in RISE with SAP environments.
Experience supporting large-scale global SAP landscapes.
Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
Experience managing SAP cloud and hybrid environments.
Solid understanding of SAP ECS operational processes.
