Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals by implementing sales plans and supervising sales staff.
Manage our freelance portal accounts and ensure that they are kept up-to-date with our offerings
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of sales forecast.
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and current products / services.
Build and maintain solid, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.




Present sales, revenue and expense reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Ensure a constant supply of projects to our production team by maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Capability to write project quotes and outstanding presentation skills
Must be aware of the time flexibility required for the job

Pay: ₹509,925.12 - ₹978,584.43 per year
