Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Database Administrator with solid hands-on experience in PostgreSQL and MongoDB. The role involves database administration, performance tuning, high availability, backup/recovery, troubleshooting, and production support.

Key Responsibilities
Manage PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases across production environments.
Perform database monitoring, performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing.
Manage replication, HA, MongoDB sharding, backup, restore, and disaster recovery.
Handle database upgrades, migrations, patching, and security.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform RCA.
Support cloud database environments and database automation.

Required Skills
8+ years of DBA experience.
Robust PostgreSQL and MongoDB administration experience.
PostgreSQL HA/Replication: Patroni, pgBackRest, repmgr, PgBouncer.




MongoDB Replica Sets, Sharding, Resharding, and Failover.
Robust SQL and MongoDB query/aggregation skills.
Backup, Restore, PITR, and Disaster Recovery.
Linux/Unix, Bash, and Python scripting.
Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP.
Automation: Terraform / Ansible.
Containers: Docker / Kubernetes.
Monitoring: Prometheus / Grafana / Datadog / MongoDB Atlas.

Preferred
Experience with large-scale production databases.
Strong troubleshooting and incident-management skills.
Relevant PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS, or Azure certifications.

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
