Role & Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and deploy end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, and ITOM modules — from requirements to go-live and beyond.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using Server-Side (GlideRecord, Script Includes) and Client-Side (UI Policies, Business Rules) scripting.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (e.g., Azure AD, Jira, Slack, SAP) using REST/SOAP web services and MID Server patterns.
- Lead code reviews, enforce platform governance, and automate deployments through ServiceNow Update Sets or CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
- Optimize system performance, troubleshoot escalated incidents,



and proactively resolve platform stability or scalability bottlenecks.
- Mentor junior developers and collaborate with product owners to align technical delivery with business KPIs.
