Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Trichy, Chennai or Bangalore (Hybrid)

Experience: 6 -10 years

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs for seamless data exchange and automation.
Participate in technical discussions and provide input on architecture and design.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Architects, and QA for end-to-end solution delivery.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, test coverage, and deployment pipelines.
Solid understanding of SDLC, Git-based workflows, and CI/CD.
Provide technical leadership by mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews.
Understanding of OmniStudio components (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors) to create dynamic and configurable UIs and service processes is highly preferred.

Required Skills & Experience:
6 -10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.




Strong hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, triggers, and batch processing.
Any Salesforce Industry cloud like PSS or Health Cloud experience is highly preferred.
Proficiency in OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity) components is highly preferred.
Familiarity with Salesforce data and security models, sharing rules, and role hierarchies.
Experience in building scalable integrations using APIs and working with middleware solutions.
Exposure to Salesforce DX, source control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to work in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Robust communication skills and the ability to engage with business and technical stakeholders effectively.

Certifications Required

Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) – Mandatory

Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) – Preferred/Highly Desirable

Salesforce Omnistudio developer - Preferred

Any Salesforce Industry certification – Nice to Have

Education: • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
