Extrusion Blow Moulding machine operation & process setting
Mould changeover, troubleshooting & parameter optimization
Production, rejection, downtime & OEE improvement
Quality compliance and coordination with QC/Maintenance
Process trials and productivity improvement
5S, safety & shop-floor discipline
Proper shift handover and production reporting
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical / Production / Plastics
37 years of relevant Blow Moulding experience
Experience in HDPE Drums, Barrels, Containers or similar products
Solid knowledge of machine/process parameters and troubleshooting
