Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities based on confirmed orders.
Verify Sales Order, Invoice, Packing List, and Dispatch details before shipment.
Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, Stores, Service, and Production teams for order readiness.
Ensure correct product, quantity, model, accessories, and spare parts are packed before dispatch.
Arrange transport, courier, and logistics services based on shipment requirements.
Coordinate with transporters and follow up until delivery confirmation.
Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documents and records.
Update dispatch status accurately in ERP/CRM/Excel.
Track shipments and proactively identify delivery delays.
Communicate dispatch details and tracking information to customers/sales teams.
Handle dispatch-related issues such as shortages, damages, wrong shipments,



and delivery delays.
Coordinate with the warehouse/stores team for proper material handover.
Maintain proper records of LR/GR, courier details, transport details, POD, and delivery status.
Ensure proper packing and protected handling of machinery and spare parts.
Monitor pending dispatches and ensure timely closure.
Prepare daily and monthly dispatch reports for management.
Follow company SOPs and ensure dispatch documentation is complete.
Support the team in improving dispatch accuracy, turnaround time, and logistics cost.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
