Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for all packaging materials including wrappers, cartons, trays, pouches, and labels.
Identify and onboard reliable vendors aligned with company standards on quality, cost, and compliance.
Lead commercial negotiations with vendors to secure the best pricing and contractual terms
Collaborate with R&D;,



Quality, Production, and Marketing teams to support packaging development, improvements, and change management.
Address and resolve supply chain disruptions, quality issues, and delivery delays proactively.
Evaluate alternate sources to mitigate supply risk and drive cost efficiency.

Job Specifications:

Degree
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Packaging Technology
MBA in Supply Chain / Operations / Procurement preferred.

Experience
8 to 14 years in Packaging Procurement within a large FMCG organization.
Experience in: Biscuits, Foods, Snacks, Confectionery, Beverage, Consumer Goods manufacturing industry are preferred
Experience managing high-value packaging procurement portfolios across multiple manufacturing locations.
