About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Leader to lead the end-to-end delivery of scalable, high-performance applications. This role requires a strong mix of hands-on technical expertise, leadership capability, and project management skills within an Agile environment.

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of developers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions




Design and develop scalable, secure applications using .NET, Angular, and Azure
Ensure best practices in system design, microservices architecture, and API development
Conduct code reviews and guide the team on performance optimization and clean coding practices
Provide technical mentorship and support team growth
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
Identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time project delivery
Maintain transparent and effective communication with cross-functional teams and leadership

Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in software development with robust expertise in .NET technologies
Proven experience in a Technical Lead or Team Lead role
Hands-on experience with Angular and Microsoft Azure
Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
