Work Mode: Work From Office

Key Responsibilities
Provide break-fix support for laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobility devices (Android/iOS)
Handle imaging/re-imaging of devices as per IT security policies
Support IT infrastructure including printers, MFDs, and office move activities
Offer smart hands & eyes support for servers, network, and security devices
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair/replacement
Log and manage incidents ensuring SLA compliance




Maintain CMDB and manage asset lifecycle
Support IT for events, meetings & emergency situations
Participate in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Experience:
BS/BA in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
5 years in IT Technical Support / Service Delivery
Robust troubleshooting and communication skills
