The incumbent is required to lead, direct, and control the day-to-day activities of the plant to achieve operational objectives set by Business Plan.
Responsible for activities such as manufacturing, cost control, quality control, supply and logistics, employee relations and administration.
Planning of all equipments maintenance schedules to ensure uninterrupted production.
Ensuring all equipments in the line are operated as per the rated capacity, minimal break downs & positive Mechanical Efficiency.
Effectively implemented the preventive maintenance schedule on interval basis like -daily, weekly, and monthly and annually to maintain the health of equipment perfect.
Basic tetrapak machine Knowledge likeTBA 19, TPC-23, TCCS Conveyor control system, Straw Applicator, Cardboard packer-32, Shrink Sleeve Applicator, tray packer etc.
Ensuring implementation of FSMS in compliance to FSSAI policies, GFMP , Environmental hygiene requirements Health & Safety measures as per ISO & HACCP.
