Job Responsibility
Release of monthly / Daily and weekly reports related to maintenance.
Responsible for Implementation of ISO 9001 :2015, ISO 14001:2015, 45001:2018
Responsible for All Maintenance Activities (Preventive, Breakdown, TPM etc.)
To monitor spare parts for common and individual section.
Responsible for necessary breakdown analysis and corrective actions are taken and they are maintained for effectiveness.
5"s activities/ Setting & Safety Activities
Responsible for maintaining daily machine check sheet & history card.
Improvement Activities related to QI/PI and breakdown reduction.
Note: Candidate should have experience in PLC Programming.
