Key Responsibilities - Content Creation & Ideation
Create daily engaging content (Reels, posts, stories, carousels)
Generate current & trending content ideas aligned with fashion trends
Plan shoots, direct models, and suggest poses/hooks
Repurpose content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest)

Editing & Posting
Edit Reels/videos (transitions, captions, music, hooks)
Write robust captions, hashtags & CTAs
Schedule and post content consistently
Maintain brand tone, aesthetics & visual consistency

Growth & Visibility
Identify trending audios, formats & challenges early
Boost high-performing posts for reach & engagement
Work on organic growth strategies (hashtags, collaborations, trends)
Coordinate with influencers/UGC creators when needed

Analytics & Optimization
Track performance (reach, engagement, saves,



profile visits)
Optimize content based on insights
Suggest improvements for better conversions & visibility

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
