HR Executive –

Location: Surat

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification: Graduate / MBA in HR preferred

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, as per skills & experience

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, recruitment, attendance, payroll support, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR Operations and employee records.
Handle Recruitment & Selection, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Handle PF & ESIC related activities and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, queries, and grievances.
Assist in Payroll Processing and salary-related coordination.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain employee databases.
Manage onboarding and exit formalities.




Coordinate with management and employees for smooth HR operations.
Ensure proper maintenance of HR files and confidential employee information.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of HR Operations
PF & ESIC knowledge is mandatory
Recruitment & employee handling skills
Basic knowledge of Payroll & statutory compliance
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
MS Excel & MS Office knowledge
Ability to manage multiple HR activities independently

Preferred Candidate
1–3 years of relevant HR experience
Immediate joiner will be preferred
Candidate should be responsible, organized, and valuable at employee coordination

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
