Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage and oversee all human resource functions within our educational institutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, policy implementation, and overall HR operations to support both academic and non-academic staff.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for teaching and non-teaching staff
Develop and implement HR policies in line with institutional and regulatory requirements
Handle onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work workplace
Plan and execute performance appraisal systems
Ensure compliance with labour laws and educational regulations
Organize training and development programs for staff
Support management in strategic HR initiatives and workforce planning

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in an educational institution
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
