Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion: Execute high-volume outbound calls, pitch product/service value propositions, and close deals over the phone.
Team Mentorship: Assist supervisors by training junior callers, sharing winning call scripts, and auditing conversion techniques.
Pipeline Management: Track daily call metrics, update CRM records accurately, and forecast monthly sales goals.
Objection Handling: Overcome customer resistance, negotiate pricing terms, and turn cold leads into warm accounts.
Account Retention: Build long-term relationships with key accounts to secure renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
