Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to manage recruitment, HR operations, manpower planning, and employee processes. The candidate will also lead a team of up to 10 HR Associates and Interns.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
Plan and manage manpower requirements.
Lead and monitor a team of up to 10 HR Associates/Interns.
Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.
Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Handle employee relations,



onboarding, and exit processes.
Maintain HR records, MIS, and reports.
Coordinate with management for HR and manpower requirements.

Requirements
Graduate with 3–6+ years of HR experience.
Strong experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Team management and leadership skills.
Positive knowledge of HR policies, SOPs, attendance, and payroll.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sourcing, interviewing, and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
