Key Skills
Financial Services / Banking domain experience.
Hands-on experience with NiCE / Verint or similar recording solutions.
Installation, configuration, upgrades and maintenance on Windows/Cloud platforms.
Strong Windows Server, SIP/IP, telephony and networking knowledge.
Troubleshooting using Wireshark, log analysis and network tools.
Basic SQL / Shell scripting knowledge.
Experience with PBX,



ACD and telephony integrations.
Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
Install, configure and integrate NiCE NTR-x recording solutions as per customer requirements.
Perform solution configuration, integration, testing, UAT support and data validation.
Troubleshoot technical issues across recording, telephony, networking and application components.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, Support, R&D; and Product teams for issue resolution.
Support integrations with Avaya, Cisco, Microsoft Teams, Amazon Connect and other platforms.
Provide technical guidance throughout implementation and project lifecycle.
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding project progress, risks and technical issues.
Support upgrades, migrations, DR/HA activities and after-hours/weekend activities when required.
