ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking an HR & Admin Manager to own HR and administration for the plant — recruitment, compliance, compensation & performance systems, employee relations, and site facilities/admin — while building a robust safety-and-compliance culture in partnership with Production and HSE.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Recruitment & Workforce Planning
Lead end-to-end recruitment for the plant, working closely with department heads to hire process, safety, and technical roles accurately.
Build org design and workforce plans aligned to plant ramp-up and steady-state staffing.

B. HR Compliance & Employee Relations
Build and maintain compliance with the Factories Act and other applicable state labour laws.
Manage employee relations — grievances, disciplinary matters, and labour disputes — in a compliant and fair manner.

C. Compensation & Performance Management
Own compensation & perks administration and performance-management cycles.

D. Safety Training Coordination
Partner with HSE and Production to build a safety-training and certification system for special-operations staff.

E. Administration & Facilities
Oversee plant administration: canteen, housekeeping, security, and facilities services.




Lead the HR and admin team; set service standards for support functions.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree or above in HR Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or Law preferred.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
10+ years in HR management at an industrial/manufacturing company, including at least 5 years at HR Manager level.
Experience in chemicals, process manufacturing, or a similarly regulated industry is strongly preferred.
Has personally run recruitment (including safety-critical roles), training coordination, and employee/labour relations at a plant.
