Designation - Sr. Executive - Accounts and Finance - Finalisation

Location - Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Role & responsibilities The ideal candidate should have robust experience in accounting, financial reporting and controlling:

Key Responsibilities: Accounting and Financial Reporting
Preparation and finalization of standalone financial statements in compliance with IND AS.
Own the Trial Balance, ensure accuracy of GL balances, and maintain overall hygiene to support audit readiness.
Perform reconciliations and ensure closure of open items within stipulated timelines.
Ensure alignment of accounting policies and disclosures with SEBI, Companies Act, and listing regulations.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books with strict timelines.
Perform intercompany reconciliations across Group Companies and ensure timely resolution of variances.
Liaise with Statutory, Internal, and Tax auditors for smooth and timely completion of audits, quarterly reviews, and certifications.




Develop and implement solid internal controls and accounting policies in line with best practices for listed companies.
Prepare and review Cash Flow Statements, Segment Reporting, and associated workings.
Drive process improvements, automation, and documentation to enhance efficiency and accuracy of reporting.
Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations, FEMA, and other statutory requirements relevant to an IPO-bound company.
Compile CMA data, stock statements, and reports for banks, credit rating agencies, and investors.
Provide analytical insights for strategic decision-making, capital raising, and IPO investor queries

Must Have: Education - CA Post Qualification Experience

Experience - 4 Years into similar role from manufacturing industries, Post Qualification Experience
