We are looking for a Service Associate to manage customer service, food orders, billing, and ticketing while ensuring a smooth dining/service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Take and process customer food orders accurately.
Generate food bills and handle cash/card/digital payments.
Prepare and manage food/service tickets and coordinate with the kitchen.
Serve food and assist customers with their queries and requests.
Ensure accurate order delivery and timely service.
Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain service standards.
Location: Soulspirit Mall, Bellandur
Timing: 8:30AM - 5:30PM & 4:30AM - 1:30AM
