Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Service Crew members to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness, and support the smooth day-to-day operations of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly manner.
Take customer orders accurately and process billing.
Serve food and beverages promptly.
Maintain cleanliness of dining, service, and kitchen areas.
Refill stocks and ensure proper inventory of consumables.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order preparation.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Support opening and closing activities of the outlet.

Eligibility
Minimum Qualification:



10th Pass / PUC
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Positive attitude and team player.

Salary & Advantages
Take Home Salary: Up to ₹18,000/- per month
