Job Responsibilities:
Attend and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers, and advantages.
Demonstrate products and help customers make purchase decisions.
Generate sales and achieve daily/monthly targets.
Handle customer queries and provide good customer service.
Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is presentable.
Coordinate with the showroom team regarding stock and product availability.
Follow up with customers when required.
Requirements:
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Interest in sales and achieving targets.
Basic knowledge of electronics/hardware/software products is an advantage.
