Guide customers through product selections, explain fabric types, quality, pricing, offers, and help them choose suitable garments based on their needs and preferences.
Sales & Upselling

Achieve sales targets by promoting current arrivals, suggesting complementary items (matching accessories, additional garments), and ensuring high conversion rates.
Showroom Display & Merchandising

Maintain attractive product displays, ensure proper folding, tagging, stock arrangement, and implement visual merchandising standards to enhance customer experience.
Inventory Handling & Stock Management

Check incoming stocks, update stock registers/software, track quick-moving and slow-moving items, and coordinate with the store manager for replenishment.
Billing, Customer Service & After-Sales Support

Handle billing accurately, manage exchanges/returns as per policy, ensure customer satisfaction, address complaints politely, and maintain strong customer relationships.
