Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer with 15–20 years of solid experience in the Civil & Construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality standards, inspection procedures, material quality, documentation, and compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage QA/QC activities across construction project sites.
Develop and implement project-specific Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans.
Ensure all civil construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and quality standards.
Inspect incoming construction materials and ensure compliance with approved specifications.
Supervise quality inspections and testing of concrete, reinforcement steel, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, Contractors, and Testing Laboratories.
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test reports, checklists,



and project documentation.
Conduct internal quality audits and support external/client/consultant inspections.
Guide and mentor QA/QC Engineers, Inspectors, and site quality teams.
Prepare periodic quality reports for management.

Qualification
B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Additional certification in Quality Management / QA-QC will be an advantage.

Required Experience
15–20 years of relevant experience in Civil & Construction projects.
Solid experience in handling QA/QC activities for large-scale construction projects.
Experience in high-rise buildings, residential/commercial projects, or major civil construction projects will be preferred.

Candidate Preference
Candidates from or willing to work in South Tamil Nadu preferred.
Tamil – Mandatory
Kannada – Preferred
Hindi – Preferred.
