Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily QC activities, including inspections, testing, and audits.
Conduct regular inspections of products and materials to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
Conduct root cause analysis on quality incidents and implement preventative measures
Document and report quality findings and maintain accurate records.
Train and educate operators on quality control processes and procedures
Conduct regular supplier audits to improve on time performance and quality of materials
Assist with the development and maintenance of quality documentation, including work instructions and inspection reports
Perform thorough inspections, tests, and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
Identify and report any defects, non-conformities,
or deviations from established specifications
Monitor and analyse product and process data to identify trends or areas for improvement
Participate in the development and implementation of corrective actions to address quality issues
Support the maintenance and calibration of quality inspection equipment
Create and maintain necessary documentation for ease in retrieval
