Responsibilities
Source and attract top IT talent through various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.)
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and fit- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders
Manage job postings and applicant tracking system
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
Meet or exceed recruitment targets and metrics

Willingness to work on USA timezone

Requirements
3+ years of experience in IT recruitment




Strong knowledge of IT industry trends and job market
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
