Role Description

Service Engineers commonly have the following duties and responsibilities :
Assess, install, and maintain various types of equipment and machinery
Troubleshoot and repair system failures or malfunctions
Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and efficiency
Provide technical support to clients
Analyse equipment performance data and make necessary adjustments or recommendations
Write service reports and document all maintenance and repair work
Manage parts inventory and order supplies as needed
Provide training and guidance to other staff on equipment operation and maintenance




Work closely with the design and production teams to improve product functionality and reliability
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and secure work setting
Must have experience in medical equipment’s
Service for field as per client requirement

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Installation, Troubleshooting, Maintenance & Repair skills for equipment and process-related issues.
Candidates should possess experience in Field Service, including in office customer visits and service reporting.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Diploma or degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, electronics, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification.
Proactive problem-solving attitude, reliability, and willingness to travel locally for field service assignments.
