Installation, commissioning, and configuration of XBS (X-ray Baggage Scanner) systems at airport sites.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of XBS equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, electrical, and software issues.
Provide in office and remote technical support to customers.
Ensure timely resolution of service calls and maintain SLA compliance.
Coordinate with internal technical teams for escalations and complex issues.
Maintain service reports, logs, and documentation for all activities.
Conduct periodic system health checks and performance optimization.
Assist in training end-users on basic operations and handling of XBS devices.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and aviation regulatory standards.

Required Skills Qualifications
Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation,



or related field.
Hands-on experience with X-ray scanning systems / security equipment (preferred).
Robust understanding of electronics, circuits, and troubleshooting techniques.
Basic knowledge of networking and system integration.
Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
Willingness to travel extensively and work in shifts (airport workplace).
