Designation: Sr. Executive

Experience: Minimum of 4 - 6 years of experience in shipping and logistics, preferably within the food export industry

Qualification: Any Bachelors or Masters degree

Purpose: Responsible for managing all aspects of the shipping and logistics process for our food exports, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery to our international customers while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Skills: Solid negotiation and communication skills (verbal/written).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, google suite and ERP systems.

Knowledge of import/export regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Manage the entire export shipping process, from booking freight to customs clearance and documentation.
Negotiate and secure competitive rates with freight forwarders and shipping lines




Select the most appropriate transportation mode (air, sea, land) considering cost, lead time, and product requirements
Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations and food safety standards.
Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
Track shipments in real-time and proactively address any delays or issues.
Liaise with international customers, freight forwarders, and regulatory authorities.
Stay informed of industry trends and regulations related to shipping and logistics.
Identify and implement prospects to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the shipping process.
Contribute to the development and implementation of recent export strategies.
