Role & responsibilities
Attend customer service and breakdown calls for heat pump systems.
Installation, testing and commissioning of heat pumps.
Perform preventive maintenance and AMC service visits.
Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration, electrical, mechanical and control-related problems.
Check compressor, condenser, evaporator.
Check electrical panels, contactors, relays, sensors, controllers, pumps and motors.
Perform basic refrigerant-related activities such as pressure checking, vacuuming and leak identification under company procedures.
Identify root causes of equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain proper service reports, job cards and customer records.
Coordinate with customers regarding service requirements and technical issues.
Coordinate with the internal technical team for spare parts and major breakdowns.
Support AMC execution and preventive maintenance schedules.
Provide technical support to customers after installation.




Travel to customer sites in Pune and other locations as required.

Preferred candidate profile
02 years of experience in HVAC, refrigeration, heat pumps, chillers, air conditioning or similar equipment.
Freshers with a robust interest in field service are welcome.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for customer/site visits.
Ability to work independently at customer locations.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
