Modern Quests is a premium retailer that sells home decor, tableware, kitchenware & bathroom accessories sourced from design-led international brands. We sell more than 5,000 products across various home categories and have robust brand presence in online and offline retail. This is an exciting chance to join our retail team as we are hiring for multiple store locations in Delhi and Gurgaon.

Retail Locations:
DLF Summit Plaza (Phase 5, Gurgaon)
DLF MidTown Plaza (Moti Nagar, Delhi)
MG Road (Sultanpur, Delhi)

Main Responsibilities Include:
Interact with walk-in customers and explain the products and their usage / specifications
Provide information regarding sizes and design options available for each product range
Ensure all collections and categories are displayed as per VM requirements




Use POS software and payment machines to ensure transactions are handled smoothly
Perform inventory checks routinely to ensure stock is matching as per inventory software

Required Candidate Profile:
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury / premium retail sales
Previous experience in home decor or homeware category would be preferred
Bachelors Degree or equivalent from a reputed university
Should have excellent spoken and written English
Robust verbal communication skills and an accommodating attitude to handle customer queries

Please Note: Candidates should be able to regularly commute to these retail locations. Any candidates based outside of Delhi/NCR will not be reviewed.
