Key Responsibilities
Monitor IoT devices, sensors, gateways, and dashboards on a regular basis.
Track real-time data such as temperature, humidity, equipment status, energy consumption, and other parameters.
Identify abnormal readings, device failures, connectivity issues, and system alerts.
Take appropriate first-level corrective actions and escalate technical issues to the concerned team.
Maintain daily monitoring reports, incident reports, and device status records.
Coordinate with field/service technicians for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Verify sensor data accuracy and report data abnormalities.
Monitor internet/network connectivity and IoT device communication.
Maintain records of device installations, replacements, repairs, and service activities.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.




Support the team in testing and commissioning new IoT devices and systems.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of IoT, sensors, networking, and connected devices.
Basic computer knowledge and positive understanding of MS Excel.
Ability to work with web/mobile-based dashboards.
Positive observation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand technical alerts and follow troubleshooting procedures.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Qualification

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
