Position: Civil Site Engineer

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering

Experience: 2–5 Years

Department: Civil / Projects

Job Location: Site-based

Job Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labour teams, vendors, and project management.
Check quality of civil works including RCC, concrete, brickwork, plastering, flooring, foundations, structural works, etc.
Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and site records.
Monitor manpower, material, and equipment requirements at the site.
Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
Coordinate with the planning and project teams to achieve work targets within the required timeline.
Verify measurements and assist in preparation of quantity and work measurement sheets.
Identify site issues and coordinate with seniors for timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and site procedures.
Monitor contractor work and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.




Conduct regular site inspections and maintain proper documentation.
Support project completion and handover activities.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
Good understanding of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering and finishing works.
Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage site manpower and contractors.
Robust problem-solving and site management skills.
Willingness to work at project sites.

Eligibility
B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of relevant site execution experience.
Candidates with industrial, commercial, infrastructure, or building construction experience will be preferred.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
