A State Head for DDU-GKY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana) manages all state-level operations, project execution, government liaisoning, and placement targets. The role requires overseeing training centers, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), and coordinating with the State Rural Livelihoods Mission
Project Execution: Lead end-to-end implementation and daily operations of skill development programs across the assigned state.
Government Coordination: Act as the main point of contact and liaison with the State Rural Livelihood Mission (SRLM) and local authorities.
Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to DDU-GKY guidelines, SOPs, reporting formats, and third-party quality inspections.
Target Management: Monitor metrics for student mobilization, enrollment, training completion, certification, and job placements.
Placement Tie-Ups: Build networks with corporate partners and local employers to secure job placements for candidates.
Team Leadership: Manage state-level project teams, center managers, and support staff.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
