Roles & Responsibilities

Social Media Management
Manage the company's social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and
YouTube.
Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
Develop and manage monthly content calendars.

Content Creation
Create engaging captions, posts, stories, reels, and promotional content.
Generate creative content ideas based on current trends.
Research competitors and identify current content opportunities.
Stay updated with the latest platform trends and algorithm changes.

Video Content
Confidently appear in front of the camera for reels, promotional videos, and product showcases.
Plan, script, and coordinate social media video shoots.
Collaborate with the design and video editing team for content production.

Digital Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Create and manage LinkedIn Ads for brand awareness and lead generation.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.

Analytics & Reporting
Track engagement, reach,



impressions, followers, and campaign performance.
Analyze audience behavior and prepare monthly performance reports.
Recommend strategies to improve engagement and conversions.

Team Coordination
Work closely with the Marketing, Design, Sales, and Content teams.
Ensure timely execution of campaigns and promotional activities.

Skills Required
Excellent communication skills.
Solid copywriting and caption-writing ability.
Creative thinking with attention to detail.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking in front of the camera.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
