To provide efficient installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting support for mining and Construction machinery .

Attend services at site and to reach site.

Prepare detailed service reports, visit reports, and failure analysis.

Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely closure.

Provide in office technical support and operator guidance

Submit report to Service Manager after reaching office from site.

Key Skills
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
Valuable understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and basic electrical
Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
Willingness to travel and work at remote mining sites in Gujarat
