About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with solid hands-on experience in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and RESTful API development. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot
Build and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring performance, security, and scalability
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and front-end teams to define technical requirements
Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following best practices
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decisions
Troubleshoot and debug production issues, ensuring system reliability
Integrate with databases, message queues, and third-party services
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

Required Skills & Qualifications




3–5 years of hands-on experience in Java development
Robust expertise in Spring Boot and Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security)
Solid experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
Practical knowledge of Microservices architecture and design patterns
Experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle) and/or NoSQL databases
Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ) is a plus
Understanding of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes (preferred)
Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
Good understanding of unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)
Solid problem-solving and debugging skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Good to Have
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Knowledge of API Gateway, Service Discovery, and Circuit Breaker patterns
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
