Position: Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Executive with strong Video Editing skills who can create engaging content, manage social media platforms, and help strengthen our brand's online presence.

Key Responsibilities
Create, manage, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
Shoot and edit Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and corporate content.
Develop creative concepts for trending and brand-focused Reels.
Handle video editing, transitions, subtitles, effects, music, and basic motion graphics.
Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
Write engaging captions, hooks, and social media copy.
Stay updated with social media trends, trending audios, memes, and platform algorithms.
Coordinate with team members for shoots and content creation.
Create basic social media creatives/posts when required.
Monitor engagement, reach, followers, and other social media performance metrics.




Suggest recent ideas to improve brand awareness, engagement, and organic growth.

Must-Have Skills
Strong Video Editing Skills – Mandatory
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
Valuable understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
Social Media Management
Content Creation & Content Planning
Basic Graphic Designing/Canva
Creative thinking and trend awareness
Good communication and copywriting skills
Understanding of social media analytics and organic growth strategies

Preferred Candidate
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Should have a strong creative mindset and be comfortable appearing behind/in front of the camera when required.
Candidates with a portfolio of previously edited videos/Reels will be preferred.

Key: Applicants must share their Video Editing/Reels Portfolio along with their application. Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mohali, Punjab
